By creating an account or using Paramoura in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the product.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Paramoura. Access to the NSFW (adult content) tier requires successful age verification through our third-party verifier.

You confirm, on each use, that you meet these requirements. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these terms.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you agree that:

• Your chosen plan will be billed recurringly (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Prices displayed in Euros are inclusive of EU VAT at the rate applicable in your member state. The displayed figure is the amount we charge; we collect and remit VAT under the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme via our Ireland registration.
• The Consumer Rights Directive grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance-purchased services. Because Paramoura is a digital service that begins delivering content immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent that performance starts during the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once we begin performance (Article 16(m)). We do not provide refunds for billing periods already consumed, except where mandatory national consumer-protection law in your member state grants additional rights.
• Your companion’s memory is retained for 30 days after cancellation. If you return within that window, she resumes where you left off.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your companion as a real human being to third parties.
• Use Paramoura for harassment, abuse, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service.
• Share your account credentials or resell access.

All companions on Paramoura are fully synthetic, fictional persons. No companion is intended to represent any real individual, living or deceased.

Images, voice notes, and text generated for you are owned by Paramoura and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display generated content as if it depicted a real person.

Adult content is available only to users who have successfully completed age verification and explicitly opted in. NSFW content is governed in addition by our Content Policy.

All product trademarks, software, and underlying systems are the property of Paramoura or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the licence to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paramoura is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Paramoura is not a substitute for mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line — our companions will surface relevant contacts when they detect indicators of distress.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of habitual residence — you retain the protections of, and may bring claims in, your local courts under Rome I and the Brussels I Recast Regulation. The Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national transposing legislation continue to apply to consumers resident in EU member states.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or attempt to harm other users or our systems. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-product. Continued use of Paramoura after a change means you accept the revised terms.
