Notice based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act

Mandatory operator disclosure for Japanese consumers under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法). This page identifies the operator, the goods and services on offer, the price, and how to contact us.

Subscription prices are displayed in Japanese yen on the pricing page (税込 — consumption tax included). Add-ons (Image Packs, voice customisation) are priced individually and displayed at the point of purchase.

7. Additional fees

No additional fees beyond the subscription price. The customer is responsible for any communication fees levied by their internet or mobile provider.

8. Payment method and timing

Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), PayPay, and Konbini (convenience-store payment, subject to availability). Card payments are processed at the time of purchase; Konbini payments are confirmed at the convenience store and access is granted on confirmation.

9. Delivery of services

Service access is granted immediately upon successful payment for card and digital-wallet payments, and on receipt of cleared funds for Konbini payments (typically within one business day of payment at the store).

10. Returns and cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for billing periods already consumed, except where required by Japanese consumer-protection law.

11. Operating environment

Service is delivered via the web (modern desktop and mobile browsers) and via WhatsApp, Telegram, and (in Japan) LINE messaging apps.
