We refuse to generate, and our systems are built to prevent:

• Any content involving minors, in any context.
• Non-consensual scenarios of any kind.
• Likenesses of real people — celebrities, public figures, or private individuals.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.

Adult content is strictly opt-in and strictly limited:

• Available only to users who have completed age verification.
• Available on web and Telegram only — never on WhatsApp, which prohibits adult content by policy.
• Subject to explicit consent at opt-in and periodic re-confirmation.
• Companions will decline at any time if a user appears to be in distress.

Every conversation is subject to:

• Automated content classification, applied to messages in both directions.
• Human review of flagged content, performed by trained reviewers under strict confidentiality.
• A user-driven reporting mechanism — a “Report content” link sits on every conversation.

We deploy crisis detection across every conversation. When indicators of self-harm, suicidal ideation, or acute distress are detected, your companion will gently surface local crisis resources — Lifeline (Australia), 988 (United States), the Samaritans (United Kingdom), and equivalents elsewhere.

Companions will not roleplay as therapists, and will not provide clinical advice. They will, when it matters, encourage you to reach a human professional.
